For the past 3 days, I can't get my steps to show on my Samsung Note 5. I've tried to restart my Fitbit One to no avail .... I have to plug my One into my computer to even get a proper read on my phone for the current days' steps. Once I plug it in, I get the correct steps for the current day but I still am not getting a read for the past 3 days. Tried to restart my phone, no go. I have a full charge on my One as well. Ideas? Help?

On Saturday my Fitbit one synced to my iPad with no issues. On Sunday It would not sync and I have not been able to get it to sync to my iPad or my iPhone. I have tried every suggestion I can find. Looking for other options?
