Hi @Sunnyjones. Please use your Web browser to navigate to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device and click/tap on One and then verify if you have a tick mark on [Chatter] - if not, tick it, save and force a sync in order for the change to become effective. If [Chatter] is already ticked, then try restarting your One, using these instructions: Restart.
