Replacement Fitbit One

I had a Fitbit One  bought for me for Christmas, and recently had to have it replaced, something went wrong and it died! 

The replacement came in July, and the new one has been working fine since getting it up and running, but this one has just recently quit working, it says on the online account that the battery is low, but its been charging for like 3 days straight now, I've tried doing the reset, by putting the Fitbit into charger and finding the pin hole, but there is no pin hole in the charger so is proving difficult to reset, 

Any suggestions please, as I would be grateful

You must be reading the wrong instructions as that's not what it says for the one.

Thanks for the response, ive tried that as well with pressing and holding of the button but it doesn't come back on!
I will get in touch with Fitbit help this evening and see what to do next
