Is it time to search for a different device that will hold it's change better. Maybe not from the Fitbit collection?

Did this just start for you this week? If so, it might be because of the last iOS update. Quite a few of us have been having issues with holding a charge. Prior to the update, I was getting a week. Since the update, I have to charge it up every two days. They are supposed to be working on a solution. There is a stickied post at the top of the forum 🙂
