Trying to set up my Fitbit one for the 1st time. No lights at all when plugged in to laptop

@JMS328 Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is very strange. Where did you purchased your Fitbit One?
Please perform a restart on your One. Do this a couple of times in a row. That should help you out.
If that works, make sure to follow these set up steps for computers.
