Scratched Fitbit One. Not syncing!

I had a bad fall 10 Jul 17, resulting in 3 broken toes on L foot. Can't use my aria scale because I'm wearing a soft cast on my L foot. My Fitbit One is scratched. When I try to log into my Fitbit page, I get the message that I have not synced since 9 Jul 17. Any suggestion?

Did you move the dongle to a different port? That's might help.

So sorry to hear about your accident

The scratch has nothing to do with syncing.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Also how are you syncing Computer or phone?

Computer. Open FitBit Connect down by the time on your computer and choose sync now.

Phone: Tap on the device and choose Sync

Thank you for responding to my post Wendy. I sync through my Computer and
my Kindle. I also have the Aria scale, which I'm not using at the moment
because of the cast on my foot.

I have tried all the usual things, like the Fitbit connect, that you
suggested. I have also tried connecting my Fitbit to my PC
with the dongle and the USB cord. I've charged it. Nothing seems to work!

But, thanks again for your suggestions!

Hello Wendy,

As I told you a few weeks ago, I had that fall and I have been busy going back and forth to the Podiatrist for treatment on my broken toes. I was not feeling good, so I just gave up on my Fitbit for a while. I am now happy to tell you that I am out of the cast and well on my way to full recovery.

So, I can now look forward to getting back to my exercises and other Fitbit activities.

I did what you told me to do and followed the instructions on how to restart it. I think that did it!

Thanks again for your help and suggestions... I feel so much better, now that I can get back on track!

Happy Walking!   Almeda!

I will try to be careful... 8 weeks of trying to elevate my foot was no fun! But I survived!

Bless you! And you be careful too!
