Replacement tracker still does not hold a charge, what to do???

I contacted the 'LIVE CHAT' person recently because my Fitbit One device would not hold a charge.  After troubleshooting the rep decided my One would be replaced because it was under warranty.  Two days ago I received the replacement and immediately put it on the charging cable overnight plugged into my PC.  Now I discover that the replacement One does not hold a charge either.  I am very disappointed with Fitbit at present.  Since the One is no longer being made and they have already replaced it once, what can I do now?  😞

Did you try a different USB port?  They do go bad.

Maybe the charger is dead. You can buy a new one if that's the case

Something is wrong on your side and you need to figure it out. Saying this as 2 devices will not charge??

Tried 2 different ports and both do charge the Fitbit

Never said my Fitbits would not charge.  I said that this replacement Fitbit does not HOLD a charge.  I plug it directly into the USB port on my PC and it charges, but after a few hours the battery icon on my phone shows it to be weak.  When I sign into Fitbit website the battery icon also shows to be weak.  I don't think my USB port is the problem as my insulin pump charges off the same USB port the next day and it still is working fine.
