Replacing my old FB One with new One

I got a new One today to replace my old one which died. It's charged and ready to go. I went to the website to find out how to get it registered so it will work, but they have instructions only for Windows 8.1 and higher. Mine is a 7. What do I do? I'm not sure where to start.

Thanks!

Ruth

I'm assuming you used your Windows 7 computer to set up your first One. In which case you would have installed the Fitbit Connect software and wireless dongle and have a fitbit icon showing at the bottom right of your computer dashboard (near the time).

If I remember correctly you double click that icon to open the main menu and then select the option to set up a new fitbit. It will ask if you want to replace your existing One. Just say yes and follow the prompts.

You can also do this via a compatible phone (see www.fitbit.com/devices for a list of supported devices)

Thank you, Steve. I now have it successfully switched on all 3 of my devices. Much appreciated.
