Restarting in order to sync

In order to sync I must restart my ONE.  It usually takes a couple to three times of restarting for the sync to happen.  Will this restarting over, over and over again damage or affect the performance or data of my ONE?

I had trouble getting fitbit to sync withWW app so tried to reinstall and it keeps saying there's already an app with that email

Had a problem syncing my Fitbit app to WW app so reinstalled fitbit but it keeps saying they already have my email for the old one even though I cancelled the app before reinstalling it
