One wont communicate

My phone will recognize my One but my One will not communicate with my phone. Basically this will not let me sync it to my phone. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem! Mine hasn't synced to my phone or Mac since 11:37 am today.I've emailed Support but may take 2 days for a reply!😬

Go into the phone setting and check your permissions for fitbit, under application manager
