My Fitbit one will not sync on Galaxy 8 since last update on phone any idea how to get it to work again? Thanks

The workaround I use when my Galaxy won't sync is turn OFF Bluetooth, then hit sync, it will ask if you want to turn ON Bluetooth, hit YES.

Have you tried removing the fitbit app from the phone, restart the phone, instal the fitbit app?
Also remove the One from the phones Bluetooth list of trusted devices.
