Setting up Replacement One without fitbit connect

Hi, 

 

I recently got a replacement fitbit One in the mail and was wondering how to set it up with the data from the one I lost.  Problem is I have a Chromebook as a computer so it does not support Fitbit connect.  Is there any other way to do this?

Hi @alisonc93

 

To date, the Chrome Operating System isn't supported by Fitbit.

 

It's possible to set up the tracker on a Windows / Mac computer or with the Fitbit App for the phone (Android, Windows Phone, iOS).

 

Feel free to add your vote / comment to @Barker03 's suggestion on the Feature Requests subforum:

 

Add Chromebook as a supported device
