How long does it take to get a Fitbit one shipped? A friend ordered one from your website and she has yet to get confirmation of shipping. And yes, she is a surgical nurse and must use a Fitbit One since she cannot wear anything on her wrist.

Your friend might want to contact customer support to check on her order. Since the One has been discontinued, it could be supplies are running low.
