I have been focusing more now on my fitbit and never really noticed it until now.
Maybe I am missing something or not understanding fully.
Comparing days here.
So this one looks ok -- Almost doubled the steps, miles and more active minutes with a 300+ calorie difference.
Here is where I get lost.
Almost doubled the steps and miles with more active minutes
Calorie difference 126 when just above doing double was an extra 300+
In this example everything is pretty close but again the calories don't line up.
And 1 more! More steps, more miles, more active minutes but less calories? and not just a few - over 200 calories
I mean if I am walking 12,000 steps and 5.27 miles and burning 1977 calories then on days where I am walking 5000 and burning 1859 it doesn't seem like I am benefitting by doing more. I know that isn't the case and from a healthy prespective that's not the point but why such a discrepency when I am doing almost triple the work.
If anyone can help me better undersand I would appreciate it very much 🙂
Thanks!

Any input would be great! I would love to understand why such discrepencies.

I have the same question! How come no one has answered?
