I updated my fitbit one and it won't sync, after restarting it 5 times I got it to sync once then it stopped working again all the other post here simply say the same thing and link to the troubleshot page which nothing there works. It worked perfectly before the update and since it seems so many are having issues after the update it is the update that is the problem so it is fitbits fault. Is there a real fix coming or can we revert back to a working firmware for the tracker and dongle? I have used it for years with no problems until yesterday. It seems like a waste of money now, don't want to but I guess I will have to switch to another brand that actually works correctly.

Hello guys @Walker63 @Xibalba, thanks for stopping by! I totally understand where your concerns are coming from, about the syncing issues you're having after the Firmware Update.
Have you tried the recommendations that my friend @SunsetRunner has share in his previous post? Have you tried using a different device to sync?
If you've covered all the steps without any luck, my best suggestion would be to get in touch with Customer Support directly so they can do a deeper investigation and see where the issue is coming from.
Don't lose the hope yet guys, you'll be in good hands!

Nothing has worked, it syncing once every 2 weeks or more makes it pretty much useless. When I went to update the firmware it said the dongle was being updated to update the firmware for the FitBit. So what ever it did to the dongle screwed everything up. There needs to a way roll back to older firmware for problems like this.

Please move forward to contacting Fitbit Support directly @Xibalba. They'll be take a look at the system and see if your One got stuck on the Firmware or so. Just don't forget to mention the steps you've taken so far.

I emailed support, I hope it went through was having a tad of a problem with help page. Will see if I get a reply in a couple days. If I get a solution from them I will post it here let others know.

Update:
Pretty much what I was told along with the same trouble shooting link the mods posted here. Then told nothing could be done and was offered 25% off a new tracker which I can't afford and seeing as almost everyday there is a new thread about the FB One not syncing you would think they would really look into and see what is causing the problem.
