I do not know how to export a sleep efficiency report for a month. Please help.

Hi @David_Lexicon. You can't, at least not using the dashboard functionality. You may want to have a chat with Customer Support and see if there is anything they can do from their end. Here is the link to the Support Team.

Hi again @David_Lexicon. Can you please click on the following link and see what you get:

At one time, the data export functionality was only available to Premium subscribers. I am not absolutely sure about this, but I think that this functionality was eventually extended to all Fitbit users. If so, then this link I gave you above should enable you to dowload your sleep data. I never tried it, so I'm not sure if that data you get will be sufficient for your purpose.
