I am beginning to wonder if there is something wrong with my Fitbit One sleep tracker. Everything seemed to be fine until May 10th. I normally was getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Now I am only getting about 3 hours. The apps shows that I am restless most of the night. However, I feel fine and I feel as if I am sleeping. Has anyone else experienced this.
Did you maybe set the sleep tracking to "sensitive"? Mine is set to that setting and it seems to subtract the "restless" time from my total sleep time. For example, I may be sleeping for 8 hours but if the restless times add up to about 3 hours, it will show that I slept 5 hours. I like that and got my fb to mainly track sleep.
