Sleep log skipped

I forgot to hit sleep on fitbit on Friday night, i have tried to edit and change it around but I can't get the sleep log to work for the right night anymore. Like last night Tuesday it now logs as Wednesday. Can I fix this?

@Beckieanne18 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Have you tried to add a complete new sleep log instead of editing one?

 

To add a new sleep log:

 

  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • Tap the "How did you sleep?" tile.
  • Tap the "+" sign at the top right corner of that screen.
  • Tap "Add Sleep Log".
  • You will be able to select the date you need for the sleep log. 

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

I have tried this and it won't let me set a new sleep log either

Hi I have tried to add a sleep log and it wouldn't let me do this either.? What can I do next

@Beckieanne18 Thanks for your reply! Are you getting any error message while you do this?

 

Also, check if by any chance there is already a sleep log for the time and day you are logging it. If that's the case, you will have to edit or delete it in order to add a new one.

Yes an error comes up and says you can't create a sleep log for the future, doesn't matter what I put in this is always the error. 

 

I brought this to us to track sleep and even doing this doesn't work. It on tracked when you are restless and nothing else not what it was advertised to do. Very very frustrating when I can't speak to anyone and get this fixed it's beyond crazy spending a lot of money on a product that doesn't work!!!

@Beckieanne18 Thanks for your reply! Are you logging the sleep for a past date? It won't let you add one for a future day.

 

Can you please send me a screen shot of the sleep log your are trying the enter with the error message showing there as well? That way I can investigate further.
