Stairs not registering

Hi, my one isn't registering stairs, I thought it hadn't the other day but then they caught up but I've been up and down stairs all day and even into the loft to get the christmas decorations down and it's saying 0 stairs, as a rough guess I'd say I've done at least 9 sets of stairs today, any advice would be welcome.

You must go up 10 feet in elevation and not stop for it to register a floor

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thank you. It’s been throughout the day. I didn’t check it before this evening and noticed no stairs registered.
