Hi, on my main dashboard it isnt showing how many steps I have walked? Stays as zero but when I click on it it shows the amount. How does it update on the dashboard?

It does not sound like it has Synced to your computer or your phone

Is this on the computer or the phone?

@Trackingstep A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to know more details about the issue. Please provide screenshots when your Dashboard doesn't show the steps and another screenshot of the page that shows the steps after you click on the tracker. This info will help to understand the issue better and @WendyB and me can provide a better solution for this.
