My fitbit one will not turn on and stay on after the reset procedures. The only thing is I got it for a gift so I have no idea if it's under warrenty and where it's from (amazon, groupon, etc)
what i've done:
- followed reset procedure ( 100+ times) the one where you hold for 10 seconds, let go, hold for 35 seconds.
- uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app to my windows 10 computer 4-7 times.
- used dongle to plug into a wall outlet and used reset procedure 22 times.
- set it up as a new device 4 times
only twice did it look like it was coming on. it showed my steps but then shut off. is there anything I can do or do I have to buy a new one? i'm just bummed because I got it from my sister when she moved to NM for step competitions.
