My Fitbit Kne stopped syncing. I deleted the app on my phone and then adddd it back. Still no syncing. I turned off my Bluetooth. No results. I finally deleted the device and now trying to add it back on and now it can't find my Fitbit one. Even though I have it right by the phone. I also tried syncing it on my home computer and removed it and it can't find my Fitbit. It was working for years and now all of sudden it stopped. The actual Fitbit is still working and counting my steps. But not on the app on phone or home computer. Help!!

Mine hasn't sync'd in a couple of days. This info helped and now it's syncing again. Worked like a charm.
