Past few weeks, Ive run into a situation where the fitbit one is stuck on the previous day and won't reset without a power cycle. However, it still takes a few hours after the power cycle to get it back to 0 again so my numbers are all screwed up since i can't use it until it's fixed! Anyone else had this issue?

Hi @Tandellia. The first thing I would do is restart it, using the instructions in How do I restart my tracker . You may have to repeat this two or three times if need be, until you get to see "Fitbit 6.60" on your One's display. By the term 'power cycle', I presume you mean charging your tracker, correct? So if you have a full charge and were able to successfully restart your One, the problem should go away. If you're still having the same issue, your best bet would be to Contact Support and see wht they can do for you. With the email address you used to set up your tracker, they can go in and see what's going on. I would do it by email, with a link to this thread so they can see the troubleshooting that you've done so far to address the issue. Please let us know what transpires. Good luck!
