Stuck timezone weirdness

Hi,

I've got a fitbit one that has worked for a couple of years without issue, however I've just travelled to the US (West Coast) and now I'm getting very weird step measurements from it.  I've reset the timezone in the app to PST (-8:00) but it still seems to be stuck in UK (GMT) time.  For example, yesterday I did a run and it recorded 8000 or so steps.  But briefly said I had done 15K steps which is correct.  But then went back to displaying the 8000 steps.

Woke up this morning and my fitbit claims I've already walked 6K+ steps which is completely wrong.  I'm guessing when it gets to 4pm on West Coast it will switch back to 0 steps which is again completely wrong.

Anyone had this issue before or know how to fix it?

Thanks,

Mike

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thanks for the response Wendy, I've done a couple of restarts as well but I think it's now resolving itself, it didn't reset at 16:00 as I was expecting do hopefully at midnight it will reset back to 0 and all will be good again, though will be fun when I fly back to the UK next week...

I think it's as jetlagged as I've been ☺

Greetings

My problem is my one tracker is tracking me an hour later then real time

reset 3 times, and resynced, still shows my activity an hour later then real time... activity at 9 , but shows it at 10

My country setting correct, and my Zone

Gotta be the time change since i haven't synced in a couple months...?
