I upgraded to a Charge 2, but my son would like to use my One.  How do I get it to recognize the device and add him to the same account?

Hi, @Singlemama2! Unfortunately, you can only have one person on an account. If you try to have two people using separate trackers, Fitbit gets confused and tries (usually not well) to combine the data together.

The way to fix this is to create a separate account for your son.
