I am switching from the Fitbit one to the charge 3. My sister recently lost her Fitbit one and would like mine. How can we switch users for the Fitbit one and still keep her history and my history?

Remove the One from your account. Then have your sister remove her broken One from her account first and then add your One as a new device. Neither of you will lose your data. Once you sync a device all the data is on the Fitbit servers.

@TMacD Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I'm glad you are getting a Charge 3 and that you are giving your One to your sister.

 

It is just as @SunsetRunner informed. I will just leave the set up steps here so you can share them with her and that way she can set it up to her account!
