I haven’t used my Fitbit one in over a year, I charged it last night and got it to sync with my phone after an update. Today my steps won’t sync to my phone and it says there is an update available, when I try to update it, there’s an error 400 message. I have tried restarting my phone, logging out of the app, reinstalling the app, and turning off the blue tooth. How do I fix this?

Thanks for sharing all of those details and for trying those troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.
Please try the steps provided on this helpful article. You will see some steps you already did; but please try them once again in the order given there for best results.
