Sync Problems

Won't sync properly, possibly related to updating to latest version of app?
Very frustrating. Tried usual things.

Hi @SyncProblems. I don't think the latest version is the issue, but who knows. Try turning Bluetooth OFF and turn it back ON after 20 seconds or so. You may have to do this two or three times. If still no joy, restart your One as per the instructions in How do I restart my tracker . Please check your phone for possible firmware updates as well. If these are all things that you've already tried already, a few times, then my best advice would be to get in touch with the support team and see what they can do.
