Syncing and battery

I have had my One not quite 2 years (April). Last night I started having syncing issues and I tried everything I found but it would not quite "looking". Also I charged my battery last night and now at 8:10 am it is already half drained. Does a battery "go bad"?

Would appreciate any assistance.

It's not syncing to my laptop either.  The One is recording my steps.  What to do?

Yes they do not last forever. 2 years is pretty good.

 

Try these steps

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Thanks for the reply. I finally called Customer service and now have it syncing.
