Syncing problem fixed

My Fitbit One stopped syncing after the new update.  I came to the forums for suggestions, and was distraught because I felt that there was no help.  I want a tracker that isn't a bracelet, so when I accidentally washed mine in the washing machine I had to buy a used one on Ebay for $150.  I'm sharing that so that you will know how important a tracker is that is not a bracelet is to me.  ANYWAY, I did a customer support chat and now my fitbit syncs again!!!!  I hooked my fitbit up to the computer and restarted it.  Try this and if it doesn't work do a costomer support chat!  Good Luck!

Next time you wash it, also dry it. I have washed and dried mine half a dozen times and it still works fine. Just have to charge it after the dry cycle is complete and the one has had a few hours to cool.
