I'm quite confused why the steps figures shown in android app are different in different pages. e.g. I find the step count is 10664 for today, and when I press the row "steps", I find only 1707 steps instead, then I press the steps row for today, and the figure for step count is 10664 in the bar chart. Quite strange. More, I find it become much difficult to sychronize recently. Sometimes, it takes me 12 hours for the updates.Steps counterSteps counter

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @QQma Smiley Very Happy! This is very strange my friend, I'd recommend doing the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
  • Update your Fitbit app

 

Give it a shot and let me know if this works!
