I'm new to fitbit and have only had it for 2 weeks. I went into Badges on the app and it lists many that I've "earned". I haven't earned them and the dates indicate before I purchased my new fitbit flex 2 from Macy's. Can I get rid of those badges without loosing all my actual data?

Are they on the Website? Support can help you delete them there.

 

For the app. Try to Un-install and then re-intsall. If it doesnt wotk contact support

If you hover on a particular badge, you can see a trash icon at the bottom.  Click that and it will delete the badge.  This doesn't erase your data, at least it hasn't for me 🙂

I've used it for deleting  weight goal achieved badges that came up from me not properly setting the goal I wanted.
