Track exercise with Exercise Mode on iPhone, not syncing

I have a Fitbit One and I went hiking yesterday and track with my phone. But, when I look at my dashboard, it is showing 'not 'sync'. I used the app for hiking a day earlier and it worked fine and was syncing. I had the same probably couple weeks ago when I went hiking for 3 hrs and it is not sync. I ended up deleting the exercise. Any solution?

Welcome aboard to our Community @Wincylim1. Using this feature will work with the GPS sensors in your phone, MobileRun calculates distance, elevation, and pace for your walk, run, or hike. So the issue is not with your tracker although is possible is the mobile app.

 

I wonder if your map course is being displayed or is not syncing any of information?

 

In the meantime I would recommend to force quit the app and restart your phone. Sine killing the app to stop it from running in the background may change due to the phone model the best way to do it is Logging out from the Fitbit app. Once you are out, proceed and restart your phone and wait until this load all the OS again. Once it has loaded open the Fitbit app and sign back in and try again. Make sure to have the most recent version too as a few days ago was released a new version that might correct this issue.

Hi Roberto, I've follow your instruction on logging out Fitbit then restart iPhone then log back into Fitbit and my hike that was not synced is no longer there. Before I did any of the logout. I see the map for my hike and calories burn but not the impact steps of the day and active minutes. It keeps showing 'loading stats'. I had the same issues couple weeks ago that the stats is loading but map is on screen.
