Tracking GPS is way off

I've been using the fitbit one and fitbit app to track my walk.. I walk circles around a road near my house. But it doesn't show me staying on the road. Its like I'm walking circles in the middle ( in ppls yards) so its not logging half of my walks. Anyway to fix?

It's probably not the answer you want but as a temporary solution you could not use the app and just let your One track the walk on its own. This way you'll get full credit for your walk (albeit at the loss of the map).

 

Perhaps your phone's GPS was not getting a good signal?
