Tried everything FitBit One still wont sync

Tried everything, including reset, reboot, and FitBit One still wont sync.  I am in challenge

When you tried the reset of the One was this the procedure you used?

If so then it's worth trying it again a few more times as it's known to not always work.

Thanks Steve I have tried this 3 times with no success I was in a StepBet challenged and lost 50.00 bucks just because I went 5 days without being able to sync
