Hi All
loaded my Fitbit one to my PC,
worked fine at first, turned off the PC,
came back turn on the PC and the computer
now had a different login, to an old email address
and password, had to retart and run restore,
I run windows 10
I am loathed to reload the app, so fitbit is not so great
any ideas

1. Are you using the Windows 10 Fitbit app or Fitbit Connect to log into your account?
2. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.
3. Are you experiencing issues logging into your computer or your Fitbit account?
