After temporarily losing my One, I purchased a second one. Is there a way to use two Fitbit One's? Or do I now own a backup?

You would have to set up another account to use the other one at the same time.

 

Otherwise you have a backup. But I would charge it every now and again. If they dont get charged it ruins the battery
