Unable to find friends

Hi, I am unable to find my husband on my Fitbit app. Under my contacts it only shows “contacts without Fitbit” his isn’t linked through his Facebook, and when I send him an email he never receives it. He’s also tried emailing me through his app and I never get those either. Is there a way I can see my contacts with Fitbit instead of “contacts without Fitbit”?

Your contact also need to have an email address in the contact info. If its not there it cant send a request.
