Unable to set up Fitbit One

Fitbit one wont respond to set up device 

Did everything it said to do on app still no code number 

Grateful for any responses 🙄

@Deb_2kiddos Welcome to the Fitbit family! Are you trying to set up a new Fitbit One?

 

I recommend performing a restart on it a couple of times in a row. Then, do the following:

 

  • Log out from the Fibit app.
  • Reboot your phone. 
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.

After this, try setting it up once again on your Android device. If this doesn't do the trick, try setting it up on a computer.

 

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
