My Fitbit app updated today but it says it is no longer compatible with my One! It seems like Fitbit should have warned users before updating because I would never have installed the update knowing it would do this. I am super frustrated. Is there any way to go back to the old version of the app??
That's strange because that happened to me before and it was like a day later it started working. I'm now having issues again after installing the update because the old version quit syncing. I guess I'll just wait to see if it comes back. The last day it synced was March 3.I'm on the current version 3.17.
Best AnswerMy fitbit app is version 3.17 and my phone is an android on version 9 with the last patch done on 12/1/19. I just updated the Fitbit app today because my One would not sync on my phone. I also cannot get it to sync on my laptop through the Fitbit app. I'm at a loss of what to do.
Best AnswerI'm sorry, that's so frustrating!! I don't know how to help since my problem resolved itself basically within a day. But I feel your pain! Maybe try uninstalling the fitbit app entirely and reinstalling? I sure hope you can get it figured out.
Best AnswerNo such luck. Uninstalled, re-installed, turned bluetooth off and on, everything I can think of. I wish I could back to Version 3.16 which is when my last sync took place. God knows I can't buy anything now with the current issues going on. I shouldn't have to anyway as this one works just fine. As I have been a loyal user since 2011, I am not a happy camper.

Best AnswerI don't use iOS but have been told that the latest iOS Fitbit version has the one. The Mac I here doesn't have the option to setup a One.
Best AnswerI also see the Fitbit One as an option, but when I try to set it up, it never finds my Fitbit One. It had been working just fine for years. I lost connection, so I deleted the device in the app and tried to set it up again and have been locked out now for more than a week. I have updated the app on my iPhone, and it did not work. I downloaded the app for the first time onto my iPad, and it did not work. I have checked every setting I can think of, but it does not work.
Best AnswerI went through the whole restarting my one tracker just now and it just synced!!! I'm so happy!! I'm going to suggest to keep trying every day and maybe it will start again...
