What has gone wrong with the fitbit One?

I recently opened up my Fitbit one. It won’t turn on unless plugged in. It reads the numbers 6.64. I would love to use it but it won’t respond when not plugged in, it also won’t sync. Please help!

Has it been sitting in the box for a while and not used at all? Because this can cause the battery to not be usable.

Sorry, there is not. Lithium Ion batteries can be permanently damaged if left discharged for a length of time.
