What is the trade-in value?

My One wont hold a charge anymore. I am looking to get something new, so I really need to trade this one in on a new device.

If there is no trade-in, then I'd probably be looking at other brands.

I'm afraid fitbit do not have a trade-in option.

As nice as Fitbit is, go with an Apple Watch at least you can get something for it when you are ready to upgrade.  I got a Versa for Christmas last year and with all the extra bands and still having the box the Target trade in program only offered me $4.66!  If I had an Apple Watch I would have gotten over half of the value back from them and about the same from the Apple Store.  It’s a shame that you spend so much on these Fitbit and a year later they are worthless.

@jeepsteve92xj No trade-in but if you call them and mention you're replacing an existing tracker, they'll usually discount 25% on a new one. Cheers!
