All of a sudden my steps on my iPhone are not correct they're not as high as on my actual fit bit and yesterday it didn't update on my phone at all so how do I fix it

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

@Chateauguay I hope you're doing well! That usually happens when you have not synced your Fitbit tracker. You will not see updated information. If you want to see the actual steps, make sure you have synced.
Please try @WendyB suggestion and if you happen to experience difficulties while syncing your One; try these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices. That should fix those syncing issues.
