I have a MS Surface with Windows 10 LTSB, which not only does not include the Microsoft Store but also prohibits installing apps from the store. Unfortunately, a Fitbit technician just informed me that Fitbit works with Microsoft with the goal of making the app only available from the store. You would think that the technicians can provide the setup files using a utility such as DropBox.
Does anyone know where to download the software from someplace other than the MS Store?

I'm not sure if you can get the app from another source but, if not, then there is another option. You could download the fitbit connect software and use this with the wireless dongle that came with the One. See the following thread for more information:
