Hi,
I've tried to sync my one over a week now with my android phone.
My one is working, I can see the steps and everything. Recently had a firmware update.
The app is working, updated yesterday.
Restarted my one several times already and the app says simply 'tracker not found'.
App restarted several times, bluetooth restarted.. My phone can see the bluetooth device, but can't communicate with it.
any ideas what to try next?

Best AnswerThat is so frustrating! The only thing you don't mention in your list of what you've tried is restarting your phone. That worked for one of my friends whose One wouldn't sync, after none of the other steps worked.

Best AnswerSame thing here. I restarted my phone. I forced the app to stop. I stopped and started location and Bluetooth. Nothing worked.
Best AnswerI have the exact same problem with my Fitbit One. What I've been doing is rebooting it every morning to get it to sync. Then by the next morning it is unable to find my One again so I reboot it. I also use an Android phone, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, which by the way, does a much better job reporting my tracking data (nice graph of my run and report with all my stats including avg pace and max pace).
Best AnswerI sync on my laptop and I have a doggle inserted in the laptop. I can't sync on other devices. I have taken the doggle out and put it back in several times - to no avail. I deleted the Fitbit and and re-installed it and now I see my dashboard, but I can't find a place to sync. Maybe the program and my laptop don't recognize the doggle? dongle? (I forget the name of the item)
