fitbit not syncing

my fitbit one stop syncing. this is the 4th device that I will have to replace.  Beside having to reset the device, it keeps turning off, so when it turns back on the time is incorrect.  Any suggestions?

I had to remove mine from account and reads it. It synced but won't update. Guess it is too old.

@PhoenixRain I'm actually more confused by the correction but no worries, I believe you're stating you're unable to perform the firmware update? It's not been updated in years and if it's functioning perfectly without it, I wouldn't be too concerned but would still try as it has a security update. The only feature it adds is turning off real-time data tracking which helps tremendously with overall battery life. Be happy your One is still rocking along! 🙂
