fitbit one weekly report wrong

Got my fitbit one weekly report by email today saying I've only done 16,264 steps for the week, though on my dashboard its showing I've done over 60,000 steps for the week. This also happened couple of weeks as ago. I usually do about 10,000 steps a day. Anyone else having this problem?

Since I switched from zip to one, my totals have been inaccurate.

The dashboard is a seven day running total, including today, isn't it? While the weekly report is a full calendar week.

That sounds right. I've had my fitbit for about 3 years & never had a problem before. This is the 2nd week that its only showing 2 days worth instead of 7 days. Cant understand why its saying on my dashboard the correct amount but not on my weekly report that facebook sends me

I had the zip for about 2 years & changed to the one about a year ago. Ive only noticed it a couple of times recently because the report is so low. I'll keep a closer watch on it now

Going back to my zip. They are getting too fancy with these new products that don't seem to be as reliable as the originals.

I have noticed that my weekly numbers keep bouncing backwards. For instance I can check my number at night and have 73,000 steps, but in the morning be back down to 64,0000 steps. I don't understand why it does that.

So last night before I wet to bed, I went to the friends tab to see where I stood. At 8:07 p.m., I was in 3rd place with 68,471 steps for the week. When I checked it this morning at 10:06 a.m. I  was still in 3rd place, but had reverted backwards in steps to 57,611, so I added my steps for each day starting on Sunday and have yet another  total of 51,734 steps.  I don't know why all my numbers are different and why they keep changing. Have a great day!

It's weird that it is so inconsistent! We are having to track the tracker!

That is so weird. Ive never bothered to check my totals like that as I thought they'd be right on my reports. Will definitely be doing that now. Thanks for letting me know

Yes, my weekly email has been giving the wrong numbers.  It's correct on my iphone app and on the dashboard.  Today the email gave my total as a little over 10,000 steps for the whole week, which was way off.
