not able to log food into program for a week

I have been trying to log food into the system and everytime I chose an item I get an error message that says that fitbit has turned off. ... any suggestions? ?

Hi @gksmiley! Welcome aboard the Fitbit Community! Thank you for letting us know of this. If you check on this thread  it would seem that on @ErickFitbit's last update the last version of the app for Android should resolve this.

Please check that your App is up to date. If you already updated the Android Fitbit App and still have this happening please let me know. 

 

In the meantime I recommend you logging your food from your account at Fitbit.com.
