While I was sleeping, between 3:30 AM and 7AM, my fitbit recorded over 10,000 steps.
I do not wear my fitbit while sleeping; It was sitting on my nightstand. I do not have sensitive mode on.
Why is this happening? How do I delete this? My calorie burn and everything is all wrong now.
I also tried the "driving" activity workaround, and that did not work.

You need to make sure when you log the driving you put it at the same time

I did, and it did nothing. The steps are still there.

Hi @brebre. Are you sure you logged your driving correctly? Your sleep record, say for the one that shows up today, covers the time from bed time last night to wake-up time this morning. So over what time frame did your tracker actually record those 10,000 steps? Did they overlap two dates? If so, you may have to log two driving activities - one for yesterday and one for today.

Best AnswerIt recorded 10,000 steps today, between 4:05 AM, and 6:50AM. I placed the driving for this time.

Hi @brebre. I just realized that my earlier post was redundant since your initial post already had the times the said false steps were recorded. Sorry about that. So this is two days in a row now with the same anomaly. I would suggest restarting your One, using the instructions in this Help document:
http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&q=restart
You may have to repeat the process two or three times if need be. A successful restart should result in "Fitbit 6.60" showing up on your One's display.
Should the problem persists following a successful restart, then I would suggest getting in touch with Customer Support and see what they can do for you.

Good luck!
