my Fitbit one was deleted when my app glitched

My app glitched on my Moto E android. I've tried to setup my One as a new device. It has been searching for the One device for half an hour before I gave up. I've had this for two years, I didn't have problems with the device or app until now. First the One wouldn't sync and now it's been deleted off my account. Can anyone help me?

I would try restarting your One using this procedure:

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Give it a few tries though as it sometimes doesn't work.
